Apply lifting cream from root to approximately 1/2 up the lash or brow hair.
• 4–5 minutes — Thin lashes
• 6–7 minutes — Healthy/Normal lashes
• 7–8 minutes — Thick or coarse lashes

• 5–6 minutes — Healthy/Normal brows

Apply neutralizing lotion to the same area where the lifting solution was applied.
