What is your return policy?

All products that are unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid, if accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Stonhart directly.

Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one-two business days. Please check your email for shipping and order confirmation. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after your order has shipped. Don't forget to check your junk folder for our emails.

It says my package has been delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

We recommend looking on your front and back door/porch to double check. We also recommend checking in with neighbors to see if the carrier accidentally delivered it. If you have still not received it within 24 hours, please reach out to the carrier directly. We recommend calling the local branch of USPS to see if they can track the mail truck.

What is our shipping policy?

All orders will generally ship within 1 business day from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once an order ships, we are unable to change a shipping address and we are not responsible for lost packages. If your package returns to our facility, we are happy to re-ship it for an additional fee.

What do I do if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect?

How do I receive my receipt?

We are paperless (yay trees!), but you can log in to your dashboard to see your order history and receipts.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the package destination and weight. Before placing your order, you will see shipping options at checkout.
