Clients with any of the following conditions should avoid the treatment:

Contraindications:

• • Active acne (moderate to severe breakouts or cystic acne)
  • Open wounds, cuts, or abrasions on the face
  • Rosacea (especially if inflamed or sensitive)
  • Skin infections (such as cold sores, impetigo, or warts)
  • Severe eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area
  • Sunburn or recent excessive sun exposure
  • Recent chemical peels or laser treatments (wait at least 2 weeks)
  • Use of Accutane (Isotretinoin) within the last 6 months
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or other conditions that affect wound healing
  • Recent Botox or dermal fillers (wait at least 2 weeks)
