A major part of any facial is strengthening your client consultation techniques, emphasizing effective communication and active listening skills. Attendees will develop a structured consultation process to gather relevant client information, fostering a deeper understanding of individual skincare concerns and allow you to better understand clients' needs and goals. 

This workshop is best suited for newer esthetician graduates, cosmetologists looking to transition into skin, medspa professionals, or those who may have been out of the industry and need a refresher.
