Our duo-derm machine utilizes two forms of mechanical exfoliation - wet and dry dermabrasion.
This versatile machine includes two handpieces - one for use during treatment with water/serums and the second handpiece is for non-crystal dermabrasion. The vacuum pressure and water level can easily be controlled by two knobs on the face of the machine.
